In addition to my customer-facing duties, I play a pivotal role in conducting and managing internal projects. One notable achievement was leading the redesign of Knightec's previous website, along with numerous other design tasks and smaller internal projects.

Stakeholder Challenges

Without connectivity and live monitoring of products and tool assets at both internal and customer sites, our Global Services team faces a lack of crucial information and insights. This results in rigid preventive maintenance schedules and a reactive, break/fix approach to repairs, hindering optimal maintenance and service delivery.
